England duo sit out training

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge and Cardiff defender Steven Caulker missed England training ahead of World Cup qualifiers against Moldova and Ukraine.
Sturridge has made a superb start to the Premier League season, scoring three winning goals for Liverpool, but he is a doubt for England at Wembley on Friday night after straining a thigh muscle in Sunday's win over Manchester United.
The 24-year-old is still with the England squad and medical staff are hopeful he will be passed fit after being given more recovery time.
Caulker was called up as injury cover after defenders Phil Jones and Glen Johnson were ruled out, but he was another notable absentee at St George's Park on Tuesday.
The centre-back, who made his debut against Sweden in November, is receiving further treatment following Cardiff's 0-0 draw with Everton at the weekend.
Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere sat out the session after being substituted in the North London derby win over Tottenham on Sunday with a stomach bug.
Jermain Defoe also took part in a recovery session after suffering a knock at the Emirates.
England will face Moldova at Wembley in Group H on Friday before a difficult trip to Kiev to meet Ukraine the following Tuesday.
